Shipping Policy
Delivery Time:
*Business Days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and
Holidays.
When calculating Delivery Time (the total time needed to get your order), you must add the Processing Time (the time it takes us to assemble your order for shipment) and the Shipping Time (the time based on your selected Shipping Method).
Most of our items ship within 1 business day. Exceptions include:
- Special Order Shirts (indicated in the description below each shirt)
- Jewelry (Allow 5 days to process an order containing jewelry)
- Jumbo Plush (May take 2 business days)
- Bulk Orders (May take 2-4 weeks to process)
For example, if you order an item not listed above on Friday and choose 2 Business Day shipping, your total Delivery Time will be 1 day for processing and 2 days for delivery, for a total of 3 business days. Thus, your order should arrive on Wednesday.
If you order a Special Order T-shirt on Monday and choose 3-7 Business Day shipping, your total Delivery Time will be 5 business days plus 3-7 business days for a total of 8-12 business days (about 2 weeks).
